Capturing heavy metal since 2021

Farseeing Photos is the passion project of a longtime front-row regular and lifelong creative eye. What began with a 35mm camera at a senior prom has evolved into a dedication to capturing music as a living, breathing art form.

I’ve spent over a decade in the front rows of shows across St. Louis and Chicago, with a particular love for the underground metal scene. As a fan first, I found myself snapping a few keepsake shots—always prioritizing quality over quantity. Eventually, I thought: If I’m already here, why not go all in?

Farseeing Photos is about more than just getting the shot. It’s about capturing the intensity, energy, and emotion that defines a band’s identity onstage. Every frame is meant to be a lasting visual for artists to use, reflect on, and share—whether it’s a blistering riff under red lights or a quiet moment between chaos.

I’m still honing my craft, always learning, and constantly pushing to deliver something stronger with every show. If you’re an artist looking for someone who sees the moment before it happens, you’re in the right place.

Support your scene. Capture the energy. -Farseer
